I'm a Delaware man, I'm a good 45-50 min from Philly and Kessington. Action over here is so dry on the streets and I'm quite tired of being catfished on cityx. I have driven along the Kess. stroll before. So I am familiar. However my fear is my Delaware plate will be a beacon to Uncle LEO. And why'all have mentioned that some like to peer from atop the train bridge. Any thoughts or advice?

Out of state plates would be a red flag and not knowing all the spots to pull over discreetly to make contact would also be an issue.
In the past, I have been pulled over, and after checking my paperwork the officer told me to leave the area. I don't remember the exact words, but he made it very clear that he knew why I was there, and wouldn't hesitate to make up an excuse to lock me up if I stuck around. Mind you, this was before cameras were everywhere, but I'm sure it still goes on.
Out of state plates and nice cars also get attention along Kensington ave, unless it's during the daytime. Daytime is the easiest time to blend in. Somedays I'll just sit off to the side in the shade, doing some work on my laptop while watching to see what walks by. Nobody gives me a second glance.

I'm just going to say this in regards to LE around the Kensington area. I have had contact with LE during routine traffic stops and sobriety check points.
The main priority I felt was that LE was making sure that I wasn't transporting or selling drugs. Once LE felt certain that I wasn't involved with any of that their concerns seem to switch to my safety.
LE stressed to me that I was in a "open air drug market" and to be very careful. Once particular LE contact stressed to me that if I was in the area as a John that HIV was significantly prelavant in the area. I probably know more about HIV than the LE contact from seeing the Magic Johnson press conference live to learning about Ryan White and the Act Up moment in the late 80's and 90's but I kept my mouth shut and was able to drive away.
To be honest, I feel I need to do a public service announcement and say that getting arrested, as bad as I know it could be for some it shouldn't be the most feared. The main priority should be your health and to play safe if you do decide to play.
I have met street walkers who told me they seen other girls who walk the streets picking up dates pick up dirty needles right off the ground to shoot up with. One SW told me she found out while locked up that other girls who were streetwalkers had HIV because of who they had to see while locked up. Another streetwalker told me of a another street walker who had HIV. Then asked for my paperwork. Checked everything and then drove off and wished me a nice day. He was nice guy ill give him that.

The main reason is it will appear to the residents they are doing their job instead of sucking up Slurpee's at 7-11 or donuts at the closest donut shop.
Another reason they would stop us before a drug dealer, enforcer, seller, etc. Is that we represent a minimal threat to them. They do enough stops like that and they have a better chance of going home after the shift than they would hammering the illegals on the block.
Now if they go after the people on the block first thing on their mind is getting shot by somebody connected to the dealers. So, the risk factor increases tenfold or more. If the dealer and associates will waltz around selling their stuff in plain view of the police then they wouldn't give it a second thought to pop LEO. The blue shirts or the yellow one simply makes them a brighter target. Also gives them a broader choice as who to kill.
The blocks have their own set of rules and laws as to how they handle issues that bring them trouble. LEO knows that.
It's quite plain which route the beat cop will take. They are just like anyone else. They want to go home after their shift.
Quite rare one would see LEO in the hood upsetting the cart. They like to keep their distance.
One thing If stopped I would never respond to any question about what I'm doing, where I'm going, why I'm in such and such an area. Just not something I will do in the street. A few years ago, I had a similar experience with a SEPTA transit cop. My old posts tell the story. It was all the more strange, because the streets per se are outside their remit. LEO is aware of this board. If you include which PD, the brass will think about their officers wasting time on such remote, low-priority stuff. If you can give enough information for them to figure out which unit, all the better. A vague vehicle description that yours fit might also have been on the radio.

Anyone driving around Kensington should know the district's. All LEO cars have an I'd# on the back. For example, 2438 means district 24, car 38.2616 would be district 26, car 16. I have been tailed plenty of times (although never to the extent of these recent posts) first thing I always do is drive into another district. 9 out of 10 times when I cross district lines, the tail breaks away. The addiction that has them working the ave or hotel, is the same addiction responsible for them not keeping track of anything. Nearly all of these women you're dealing with are hard core drug addicts whose lives are absolutely in ruins from drugs.
I have gotten close to a few of these girls and it's the same story. They have family who they're estranged from, children who they don't see or have been taken away, they battle homelessness, they hardly eat any food, they have no real job, no cell phone, no car, suspended DL and many are also wanted by the law. And on top of all this they have a drug habit that needs to be fed everyday like clockwork. This type of person isn't going to keep appointments! They're not stable enough in life to do so.
And for the girls who have more stability such as they live with family or they're not completely strung out on drugs those girls get so many messages and solicitations everyday that they simply can't keep up with the demand or they book just enough dates to be ok for that day then ignore everyone else for that day.
Just a tip I would never wait more then 10 minutes for anyone. After 10 minutes just leave and if you're stood up twice delete and block the number.
You hit the nail directly on the head, a girl I know and helped in the past before things got so bad fits in that first category 100% everything you said happened almost in that order as do so many others.

The thing is, what's on the street being sold in Kensington isn't pure heroin anymore as if heroin alone isn't bad enough. What's passed off as heroin ranges from any mixture of heroin and fentanyl to pure fentanyl now.
That's a problem because from the girls I know who use they say there is no medication available in treatment centers for the detox and withdrawal from fentanyl and they say the withdrawal from fentanyl is worse then heroin.
Either way it just boggles my mind how young girls many from good homes who were lucky to have a decent upbringing and are now in the prime of their lives wind up smoking crack / meth, and shoot up heroin / fentanyl on a daily basis.

This pic was shared with me by a fellow monger. This is Nicole that works from as far up as Venango all the way to Clearfield.
I met Nicole sometime way last summer. She claimed at that time she is Russian decent. Not sure if that has changed since then a lot changes out there over time. She hasn't mentioned it again so who knows. If they look like this who really cares, right?
She was absolutely gorgeous. Back when I first met her she had nice tits and was always clean as a whistle. Around the kitty there's some interesting artwork. She's a sweet girl. Very accommodating. Quiet but will be happy to carry a conversation. Often she does lose her train of thought while talking. She's not a complaintive girl or the type to pressure you into rushing so she can go party. She does the job and does it well.
When she's not extremely wasted she can and will be an active and exciting participant.
As others have said, and we all know, short stretches of time can and do have a dramatic effect on most of the girls. Between the winter months, lack of food, or just no desire to eat, sleep deprivation, etc. Along with beatings from assholes that simply have anger issues with women takes an enormous toll.
Most recently Nicole has been hitting the bags pretty hard. Tits seem to have taken a dive. Not as nice and firm as they was a short time ago. Quite sad for such a pretty woman. She may have given up showers also. Other mongers have mentioned they need to air out the vehicle when they let her out. I have seen her in the same clothes for over a week at a time with the same stains. For so many girls out there hygiene has quickly become a lost art. Not that they are naturally unclean. Simply the bag of dope trumps the laundry bag.
Even at this point in her adventure she still is attractive. That is most definitely going to be lost shortly.
Now, I'm not sure if this is the Nicole others here speak of. She seems to have a deeper issue going on that she doesn't talk about. Rarely smiles let alone laughs. I could be wrong, but it's my educated guess she is masking deeper issues with the drugs. Wouldn't be the first girl known to do that.

I was fortunate to be on Somerset near Frankford yesterday morning when I noticed a lovely girl with long wavy, thick red hair. Freckles too. Much to my surprise when I asked her for a #. , she asked what I was doing right now. Scooped and off to the Carlyle for a solid session. I will repeat in a heart beat. She is 23 and petite yet curvy where it counts.
