Melissa, school girl looks
Found Melissa Monday afternoon. First spotted her walking north from the Rand area. Though she looked too good to be true, Denim short shorts and a lace up black top. Tracked her on several passes. Thought perhaps she was a Rutgers student, then she crossed Cooper near the school and I thought younger. Then she crossed the bridge to N. Camden and I started to think civilian. I passed her several times and never a sideways glance.
About a half hour later, there she was eating one of those ice things the girls seem so fond of near Clinton. I made several passes and never "a look". Lost her and then found her in front of the Rand, smoking a cig. This time I made eye contact, but wasn't sure if she was a WG. I looped around and came south and saw her on the corner of Federal and B'way. She tossed the cig and looked kind of disgusted. Still couldn't read her. I looped around onto MLK and as I sat at the light, there she was walking south again. I waved her over and after looking around, she walked over and jumped in.
She probably stands 5-2 or so with a dark ponytail. I thought I'd found the next Erika. We discussed where to go and headed out of C-town. We drove around looking for a place to park but everywhere we went, there were people sitting is their cars. WTF? Finally stopped along the Cooper River park and took a walk. We ducked off the trail and she partially disrobed to reveal a shaved area and what appear to be pendulous boobs. Where Erika had a nice six pack, Melissa has a rounded belly. Still, if she told me she was 16 or 17, I probably would have believed her with her clothes on. Says she lives in Blackwood and only comes into Camden when things are tight. Mostly works by phone and gave me two sets of digits.
She did a good BBBJ, thought I did hit her uvula and cause her to gag. After Mini-me shot off, she seemed to gag again, spit and then vomited. Glad we weren't in my car. She said the ice pop thing she'd just eaten didn't sit well with her."Probably too much sugar." Dropped her in front of the Northgate apartments.
I'd seen another one or two I didn't know, that looked interesting but the one I thought I'd try showed up wasted when I found her again. Been there and decided not to waste my money or put up with the BS. Damage was .4 (we did drive around for quite a while and no complaints or questions from her as one would usually get) and she said .55 for fs. She did ask for some singles for the train as they give change in quarters.

Resident Louise Smith says she's seen prostitution for years. "In the mornings, early at night (and) sometimes late at night. They throw paper, their clothes, whatever . . . nasty things in the yard," Smith said. Police thought the neighborhood cameras would be the perfect solution to the prostitution problem. They set one up to watch the area 24 hours a day last month. After three weeks, they thought they had rock solid evidence to prosecute.
"We shot alleged prostitutes going up to cars . . . vehicles . . . John's," Cesena said. "You had the whole ball of wax?" Bradley asked. "And we came back and it's not downloadable," Cesena said. Hours of evidence was lost and thousands of city dollars were wasted because police say when they've tried to use them, either the cameras or the computers that drive them won't work.

(IMHO this is funny. If the project had worked what would they have had? They would have had pictures of people getting into cars and other people letting them get into their cars. Without sound (audio surveillance is illegal) they had nothing, IMHO. That’s probably why they came up with this solution to their embarrassing problem.)
