They know money can be made here but it can only be made in volume. This reputation creates several inherent problems. First and foremost, the A level talent will not come here for the simple reason that they can make much more in the top markets like NYC and LA. Look at this agency in Toronto. Musevip. Ca. I've seen prices as high as 900/ hr. Granted that is in monopoly money but even after conversion, it's a significant amount. So you can understand why the hotter girls don't want to come to Chicago to make 160/ hr of which their take is 100. The girls that do come, the B,C, and D level talent have all been instructed and conditioned to work as quickly as possible. Even if you pay for VIP, the mentality is still there. Let's use RL as example since I had prior discussion with them on this topic. RL currently has 3 girls. Let's just assume each girl does 15 guys a day, so 45 total. And let's assume all 45 guys did half hour (I am using this extreme to drive home a point). For the 130 hhr rate, RL keeps 50. So 45 x 50 is 2,250 a day.

Now, let's say they open a 300 an hour place with 2 girls, opening 10 am until 10 pm like KP. Let's assume both girls are fully booked each day. For 300 an hour, house keeps 100. So 2 girls times 12 hours times 100 is 2,400 a day.

So, under the two extreme assumptions of all 45 guys visiting RL are doing half hour (for the 160 hr rate RL keeps 60 and for the GFE rate of 260 RL keeeps 100, so they are making more than what I stated) and both high end girls are fully booked for 12 hours, the math is basically the same. What is the incentive for RL to open a high end place. None. It might take 3 to 6 months before the high end place can get to a point where both girls are fully booked for the day, so why take on the risk and hassle to make the same amount of money.

Why wouldn't RL open a 300 an hour place with 3 girls? At your math, they would be making $3,600 with 3 girls. All they need to do is follow the KP model, get some high quality girls, and give us the 300 experience, and they will be as booked as KP. There is a market for that. The rent for a nice 3 bedroom place would be higher. Plus if you put 3 girls in one place and assuming all 3 girls are fully booked each day, that is 36 guys a day. For a nice place, that kind of foot traffic volume is too high.

You might ask why not get more places like KP and just have one girl at each place. Well, then it eats into the profit margin as you have to pay rents for 3 different places now instead of one. And it will take time to build up the clientele, so they would probably have to comp the girls if the girls don't have any business initially. Money losing proposition.

But the biggest problem is still that the girls have to travel to Chicago. 200 hhr /300 hr rate is still lower than what they can make at NYC. Finding two hot girls every 10 days is hard enough as is, finding 3 is even more difficult.

You can make whatever number to work, but the reality is it's not that easy. RL is probably taking in over a million a year, so there is no incentive for them to do this. It will take someone who is willing to take some initial losses to build up the business to make this happen.

In February 2021,35th was raid. Then around June 2021 within a month, 35th was raid two times. Every time it reopened the next day after the raid. This place was magical. I actually went to 35th the next day after one raid in June to look for Eli the car model but only saw a very old provider with all white hair. Finally, this year they moved and rebranded them as PAC. But the sugar shack place they are at now is the previous place of HKPD. I believe there is a reason why HKPD want to leave this place.

HKPD reopened all 3 times. RL reopened within 3 days. What does that tell you? The cops or the feds can't find the real owners. I don't disagree the places might be hot now, but let's at least present arguments that actually make sense. The 2 RL girls agreeing to help the cops in exchange for 2 nights of hotel. Does that make any logical sense to anyone. What is the cost of 2 nights of hotel. Let's say it's 500. You don't think one girl doesn't have 500, let alone 2 girls. Barbie is the room 2 girl at the time of RL bust. She is at PAC now and a couple guys posted reviews on her. Let's ask those 2 guys if Barbie asked for their phone number or took pictures of them. What about the other 2 girls. They are long gone now and probably won't be back here for a while. How are they going to help the feds take down other apartments. The girls don't even know who the real owners are even if they agree to help the feds. There is a reason why apartments can keep reopen and in most cases at the same old locations.

Now if you happen to be inside at the time of bust, that is just bad luck. But the risk has always been there before. Maybe the risk is greater now, but let's not pretend there wasn't any risk before.
