Hosp securty
2 days ago, my buddy calls me and tells me of an event where he was parked on the hosp. Property and a golf cart with 2 security dudes came upon him. They took his plate no and he bolted. Never will go back there.
HE was wondering what occurs with such an incident? Does LEO now have a plate number with no reason to hold it by law but to his detriment? Will the car owner get a letter in the mail re. DO NOT TRESPASS, THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING?
Or other ramifications?
ANy learned minds out there with advice for him?

ANy learned minds out there with advice for him?
A security woman came at me in the parking lot a while back when I was as getting head. Or maybe I was fucking. Anyeay, we got out of there before she could get close enough to read my plate.
Security has known for quite some time that we use their parking lot for sexual pleasure. It's been discussed a bit here a year or two ago. We also discussed whether Johnny Law has a database on us. The result of the discussion at the time seemed to be that some hobbyists thought LE may have a database, but Google searches about any software company that might create such software came up null. What I took away from the discussion was that detectives may have such a database, but it didn't appear that any patrolmen would have use of it. If anyone knows otherwise, please speak up because our discussion was largely inconclusive at the time.
Back in. LOL, Gotj17.

Back in. LOL, Gotj17.
My question would be, as prob. Discussed prior, a yr or two ago, they could have, as does NYS. Plate readers that are attached to a database.
In NY, the database I know of is for outstanding warrants, violations, etc. Now, could they also have a suspicious vehicle plate database added to that list? Causing extra attention to an officer to scope out a vehicle, esp. If cruising a known loop of interest? All the tech is already there, just whether they would want to add a "suspicious activity vehicle plate No. " category to the other points of interest. I presume that the LEO in FL also uses plate readers. Also, such plate reader tech for surveillance does not have to be mounted on a car. It could also be mounted on signs / light poles, traffic intersection poles, etc and send data in. Maybe someday, if not already, they could capture data from plates and flag could be raised, such as "WHY oh why has this same plate gone through this intersection 4 times in the past half hour? Cruisin around for somethin?
Here is another odd thought.
If you have a buddy that is an Uber driver, or you are one, and you pick up a SW, are you indemnified or plausible deniability?? LOL. Your buddy driver can drive around while you have at it in the back seat! (rolling whorehouse of sorts could be developed).

I found articles online about that a couple years ago. I think FMPD had them, too, but I'm unsure. For those driving without updated registration or a valid DL, it's risky to be on the road in Fort Myers or Cape Coral.
I've thought about the Uber thing. If nothing else, you'd have a strong case to not be charged. The problem is you need to have a buddy who is an Uber driver who wouldn't mind you getting cum on his seat.

They don't log something like giving someone directions but if they look up someone's license plate that's logged. Plus they talk to each other about things they see when they're on duty. They probably have at least half of the senior members who post on here in their list of people to watch. I don't know that, but I know enough cops from other areas to suspect that I'm correct.

Because plates are easily viewable to anyone, they aren't considered an infringement on rights.
Only a handful of police vehicles have them. They often set up on the side of a busy road and scan every vehicle that passes, or they sit on the side of a road where they expect drunks or illegal activity will come through. Within a couple seconds, the reader informs the LEO if anything is out of sorts (expired registration, owner doesn't have a valid DL, warrant is out for owner, etc.). Be prepared to be pulled over if you're driving a vehicle registered to someone who is in trouble. I've seen them out with the plate readers in Cape Coral, and there's not really anything you can do to avoid being scanned when you pass by.

WillbeBoinkin will be ass in the air in the backseat at his favorite rest spot with a dirty female who may or may not have some unpronounceable disease (Frank Zappa tribute) and he will start hearing a hum through the cracked open window, turn around and see one hovering and watching him. With LEO on a viewer o the other end of a transmission of video! Watching his moves!
You better get better in performance down the road, for technologies sake!

41
I herd it was slow to no on 41 loop this afternoon. Some LEO though.
Either Nikki or T was out for a bit with black shirt and blk nd white pants. If nikki, she colored her very bleached hair I was told.
NFM nothing, but there was a couple in lot at harbor freight with a friendly older skinny dirty blonde woman, nice or fake teeth (LOL). Made point to say "Hi Guy" to my buddy and again, a "how are you?" on way out. If she was working, she soulda had her dude stay away a bit or walk away prior to her engaging. She looked 52 but that prob. Means 42 here.

Anyone know if she is part of the local round up? Dark hair, mid 30's or older, usually out in the mornings. Have her digits, but she not answering.
