I don't totally agree with that. LE can only investigate and accuse you or anyone of a crime. You remain accused until you plead guilty or found guilty in a court of law. Read the law - an admission to committing a crime is not an admission of guilt and can only be used as evidence against you. That's only after you've been "Miranidized." Anything prior to a Miranda warning can't be used against you. You can talk all you want, but LE and state attorney's still have to investigate a confession to make sure it's valid. A confession is not enough evidence to formally charge anyone or convict you. The only real confession is when someone pleads guilty.
LE's job is to obtain the evidence needed to formally charge you - misdemeanor or not. They don't have to actually witness a crime. A complainant or witness to a crime are other ways - including video tapes, recordings and surveillance cameras. Circumstantial evidence can also be enough to formally charge someone even convict them. You don't need LE to charge someone. You or anyone can go to a magistrate's office, accuse someone of a crime or a crime committed against you and have them formally charged.
Speaking of confessions .. there are certainly enough of those around here and on related sites in the form of well-written and detailed reviews.

Found her on BP and decided to TOFTT and I should have stayed home. One of her pics is fake or old I don't know but I can say that she has tatts all over her butt and not in the pics. Its just as Phatt just not as clean as it appears with a slight odor and also has a scar there as well. Don't expect any GFE at all just a shitty disrespectful attitude. I have it from a good source that LE busted the CL girls first and then planted cops posing as the CL girl with the phone etc.
This is how they got 20 guys so beware of any CL or BP connection.

RM, I don't disagree with you - I am not a lawyer, so I can only go by what I read and see, and the points you make are valid from a legal-theory and civics-class view of the system.
However, I *have* been busted in this game, long ago in a galaxy far far away, so I have some practical experience... and in my experience, the theory differs some from the real world. As a practical matter, the judge rubber-stamps whatever the cops do unless there is some obvious, gross error, and the cops are well trained on what they need to do to get enough evidence so that the judge can comfortably convict. There's no doubt that people run their mouths when they should be quiet, and the cops are also well-trained in getting people to do this. In these situations most end up pleading guilty or nolo contendre - the only way you have a prayer against this sort of charge is to hire a good attorney and pay thru the nose, and even then your chances are slim.
Moreover, these day with arrest records being accessible to job-screening services, and nonsense like the "Gotcha!" rags and the PD websites spreading your picture all over town, just being arrested can ruin your career, your marriage, your friendships, even if you're ultimately ruled innocent.
Now, where and when I was busted, the suspect is only issued a summons like a traffic ticket (no trip to the precinct, no mug shot or fingerprints) but unlike traffic court you had to show up before the judge; the fine and costs totaled about $400 back then. Things are different here and now, but the rules of evidence are still pretty similar. Those rules of evidence are somewhat different between misdemeanors and felonies, due to the higher standards needed to convict on a felony. But the general rule of thumb remains: keep your wits about you, don't let the cop see you exchange money for sex, and don't admit that you did anything illegal, and you are FAR less likely to be arrested.

I am new to this site, so don't really know what more to say. But this girl really made my day! Not only did she fsck the Hell out of me, but she allowed me to take her to TGIF's afterwards. Only problem is that she will not answer her phone to let me see her again. I WILL keep trying cause I really want to see her again and again. Her ad says she is not on drugs and somehow I do believe that. Wish there were more like her out here!
To quickly address some recent comments here: I have a friend whom I trust who is very experienced with the criminal justice system, and knows the law in theory and practice. Based on many conversations with that friend I think the only way to go if confronted with LEO is to shut your mouth completely, except for 2 things: asking whether you're under arrest or are free to leave, and (dpending on the answer to that) saying you don't want to talk and you want to see a lawyer. You have to be clear and unequivocal about the lawyer. If you are, they are supposed to stop asking you questions.
You aren't ever going to talk your way out of trouble. If they're going to arrest you, they're going to do so regardless of what you say. And thinking that you've got an advantage because you haven't yet heard them say "you have the right to remain silent. " is just stupid. You always have that right, regardless of whether they tell you. Use it. It's your best friend.

Welcome to the site.
That said, it's good to see a review about a provider by someone, but it needs some more information. For example, what page did you see this on? Backpage, Craigslist, etc? Got a link?
Another thing is...she allowed you to take her and get some food? WTF man? You don't have to do that. That's the best thing about the hobby.
As for her not answering the phone, it's probably better that way. Don't make the mistake of thinking that she likes you because of what happened. She doesn't give a damn. She only likely went out with you to get some free food, sorry to say. And I'd advise against repeatedly calling her before you get slapped with harassment charges.
But don't fret. There's a wide world of great TEMPORARY companions for you to enjoy. These are not the kind of people to put much long-term faith into.
