The rule is that if the ad has a local number with pictures of sexy girls, but with no nudity, the info will be legit as to where the place is, the hours, whether there is a shower and possibly the house fee. Also, you can usually walk-in, though of course they may be busy.
If the ad has nudity and a non-local number the address given will probably be a hotel, or close to a hotel and the girls are full service. You will have to make an appointment in this case.
