Student massages go for around $30/hour but the girls don't see any of that money. It all goes to the school. Most of these girls are struggling to make ends meet while paying for their training and getting in their hours to get licensed. The last time I called, it was the standard message you get when a pay-as-you go phone is out of minutes. I think Backpage ads drop off if you don't renew them, so I assume she's still around, but who knows.

Another approach is to ask if they see clients outside of school. You can introduce the topic by complimenting their technique, asking when they graduate, and then ask. I think many would be reluctant to do much at the school.

I agree with Dwaynemandosie in that it's not that hard to figure out which ones ae willing to cross the line.
