Majority of accounts a real, so not sure where you get 80% fake. Put in the effort and it pays off, or don't and call a pro.
Go have your 1 visit for 220. Its probably not for you honestly. It takes game, some looks and time for the young, hot college sorority girls that don't this for a living. They might be seeing 1 or 2 guys (plus their BF probably).
