L2 will run 80-100 and will vary by provider, some will use a condom, some a sandwich bag or seráand wrap, and others will allow bare. Some will upcharge for going with no cover. Tokyo Spa has had a few mentions in this forum but I haven't seen a full report yet. I took one for the team and hit it up last night.

Just know that if you go for full hour, the extras usually are a bit more due to the extra time they spent with you vs. Other customers. If they are busy, L3 will be closer to 160-200; if not busy, then probably same as half hour. Supply & Demand.
