I took a chance and attempted seeing this provider. I also asked her if this was a deposit scam. She said that it was not but that she was concerned about her safety. She then offered to give me the room number before I sent the balance. At that point I had no assurance that she was actually at the hotel that she sent me to or that I was exchanging texts with who I was led to believe that I was. Sending the rest of the donation amount at this point would not only have been outside the realm of taking a reasonable chance but also just plain stupid.
I immediately put up the "Deposit Scam" post to this forum (post # 2871 on 10/21/20) with my cell phone because I did not anyone else to loose a "deposit" with her. I thought that anyone considering trying to see her should know what happened.

IT DOES BACKFIRE not ever having cash on you sometimes, and so far there has only been 2 cases where I need cash and I did not have it (the DMV! Make sure you carry cash with you when are getting something notarized for tags and registration because they don't take credit cards for that service and they will make you go to the back of the LINE if you used their ATM).
Something similar happened to me last year around this time (not in Wilmington). However due to my size; the pimp / boyfriend did not search me during the times he came in and out randomly and doing lines (never ever have I had a pimp interrupt before and do lines infront of me before). It scared me so bad because I never seen someone so strung out with the need to do a line so badly.
