Some immediate red flags:
1) non-local area code.
2) Number not in the ad, and googling the number after going through the captcha finds no other ads.
3) "new phone" to me means scammer using pics from another ad, unless proven otherwise.
4) No location in the ad, or at least none that say a city or landmark.
5) Multiple ads with varying ages.
6) Ad refers to a different day, or a holiday that has already passed. When mass-posting their scams, they might not bother to read or edit them when reposting, so you'll see stuff like "It's Friday" on a Wednesday, or new year in February.
7) After introducing myself, I always ask politely for a right-now selfie. If they refuse or they send a picture that is clearly old (I. E. A pic that's in her ad, or in an older ad), move on. It's either a scam or she's been 25 for the last 15 years.
8) Everything selected in the list. In particular, the extreme domination and watersports stuff.
9) The ad sounds like it was translated by an electronic service and doesn't represent how people talk. For example: offering "any style".
10) Pictures are very low resolution. Either because they copied a thumbnail from wherever they stole them instead of the full size image, or because the picture was taken in 1996 when she was the age stated on the ad.
While the above are high risk flags, the 2 below are 100% certain scam:
1) mentions a deposit.
2) asks to contact via snapchat or telegram.
3) The ad tries to convince you they are real and everyone else is a scam. Also phrases like "trust me", or "you don't have to worry about anything with me", lol.
Lastly, be wary if anyone immediately sends you their address and rushes you to come over, seemingly before you even discussed what you're looking for or the rate(s). You are likely being set up to be robbed or arrested. Another thing to be wary of is if you answer an ad to the posted number, but then she replies from another number. For the same reason, you're likely being set up and is looking to distance themselves from the evidence. I will also add that anyone who is rushing you in this way, on the off-chance that it's a genuine ad, it probably isn't going to be an enjoyable experience. In general if the ad rants about people, she's probably gonna be in that same bad mood complaining during your date too.
I will add a few more tips:
1) Don't bring strangers to your home. If you are going to host outcall, meet them in a nearby public place first. Honestly, I'd give this same advice to the provider.
2) LEO stings most likely would take place at an "incall" they can control and wire with cameras. But most importantly it would mitigate the risk to the undercover posing as the provider.
3) YMMV. Be nice, looking and smelling clean, and make it a pleasant time for her too.

Also if the girl is really hott she probably doesn't enjoy water sports etc. Just use your brain when looking at these things. Also if the area code is way off it could definitely be fake.
