These are not streetwalkers
Each girl stands in front of a particular hotel that they are affiliated with. They expect you to take them to that hotel. Many girls will refuse to go to other hotels, or will charge more, since they either get a kickback or have a quota at their hotel. The cost of the hotel is extra, usually about 70-100 pesos ($3-5) for a short time. The girl will tell you that when you are negotiating ("500 pesos plus 100 for the room"). If you only speak English and want to pay in dollars, expect the prices to be roughly double.
Please don't call them streetwalkers. They are a totally different class. At any given time in that three block area around the clubs there are anywhere from 50 to a couple hundred girls, most very attractive, a few not so much, most fairly young and a few really young. They don't walk. They stand and you walk. They also all have health cards and it is all totally legal, which is what makes it the most fun. It used to be none spoke any English. Some do, now, and some carry translators. I use my ATT iPhone to translate and the girls actually find it kinda fun.
Go back about 20 pages and read forward to get the gist of things. Then expect that your first time you will be in sensory overload, which will wear you out.
Play safe,
C3.
Then what should I call them?
Do you mind telling me what I should refer to them as, instead of SW? How strick are the health cards? Someone with hiv or herpes? Is that something that should be asked for? Thanks.

Street Girls vs. Street Walkers
Street girls or Paraditas usually stand at their assigned spots near hotels they work out of and are mostly Mexican. They have health cards which are often checked by health workers walking the alley.
Street walkers are mostly Americans without work permits, so they walk around constantly like visitors. Most, if not all, are hard-core drug addicts who have arrest warrants in the US so they hide out in TJ to evade the law and to access cheap drugs.
One street walker is Cathy, a white petite woman in her 40's with wavy blonde hair, eyeglasses. She was wearing a pair of short, walking in the alley when I saw hundreds of needle marks along the veins of both legs. Her eyes were always red and watery, her nose sniffling, or drugs' effects.
Kayla is another street walker, white, tall, medium build, claimed to come from KC Missouri. Guys in ISG kept asking for and talking about her expert BJ skills. I met her first time near HK's taco stand and was surprised she spoke English with her unique name. She talked and acted slow, hiding her arms and hands in her jacket. When she took it off, both her arms looked severely shriveled and punctured with hundreds rotting needle marks. Both her hands had been infected and swollen purple like a pair of boxing gloves. She looked like a dead body. Damn. I was disgusted.
Guys would go with street walkers as they are desperate and would do any dirty tricks for cheap, like half hour BBBJ for 100 pesos. But these women are filthy and are serious infection risks. I would stay clear away from them. There are plenty of young, pretty, healthy girls in the bars and the alley. With a little persuasion they can give you hot sessions at low costs. After getting to know them, they can be very warm, fun, friendly GFEs with BBBJ and BBFS on the menu.
