These girls in the tolerance zones in Tijuana and all over Mexico are mandated by the government to keep an updated medical card. Not sure how often they need to be renewed. Street girls or Paraditas usually stand at their assigned spots near hotels they work out of and are mostly Mexican. They have health cards which are often checked by health workers walking the alley.

So, I went down and stayed at Cascadas last Sunday night 7/19. I got the usual favorite Master King Suite.
