A local girl is a girl that doesn't walk the street or advertise ie... an escort. Sometime these girls are also call UTR or under the radar. Some thing you might keep in mind. Don't expect another guy to give up a lot of info if you haven't shared with them before. Agreed, and let me offer a few additions:
Keep your walls up and don't get too close, and don't let her get too close. This will lead to you becoming her ATM machine whether you're ready to get laid or not.
