They sometimes come to the Kukui Street mongering area, and the woman has occasionally stood by herself at night next to Kukui Street, like a streetwalker. Once I spoke with her when she was standing on the mauka side of South Kukui Street in the evening. There have sometimes been one or more providers sitting or lying there, but mostly of the lower-level type. However, it's at least worth a look if a monger happens to be passing by that location.

From my observations, a third-gender provider named Kiki frequently works in the area where you were located (Aala Street near North Beretania Street), at the time you were hunting (about 3 in the morning), often with one or two other providers of her type. In dim light, she could be mistaken for a natural woman, especially by guys who aren't personally familiar with transgenders. So it's almost certain that the Kiki you met isn't a natural woman (presuming that's what you want).
