I wouldn't trust any information on there as accurate. My parents have had the same numbers for over 30 years and it's got totally invalid info for them and about another dozen numbers I've checked. I still haven't put my finger on what the real purpose of the site is but you can "delete" a record (which doesn't actually do anything) after you enter a security code, so I suspect it may just be an attempt to crowd source bypass of captcha on sites to prevent automated activity.
