So GFE means nothing and I'd completely ignore it. Though if someone says "No GFE" that usually isn't a good start. If you want something specific "kissing", "cuddling", "sex", "bareback", etc, you will need to specifically ask for it. That's where reading reviews can be helpful. If someone else has seen the provider and reports receiving everything you specifically want, there is a decent chance you may get it too but YMMV ofcourse.

2. The rate depends where you are and who you see. One girl may charge 60, another may charge 600. When someone gets well reviewed, we all want to see her. Her phone blows up and the prices too. A nice provider will grandfather the price but that's not always true. Simple supply and demand. That can also turn a low volume provider that has things under control to a high volume provider that gets in over her head and starts missing appts and attracting unwanted attention.

Anyhow, back then, there were lots of young ladies looking for business. Fairly easy to spot as for the most part, attractive and well dressed. And they would just circle the casino and it took about 20 minutes to do the loop. And if you bird dogged any of them, the would never stop to play a machine.
