Did a quick recon on Dot Ave Sunday night around 11 pm and saw a hot latina carrying two plastic bags. Really cute looking but the bags made me suspect she was transient and needed a place to stay. Dressed casual in sandals and T-shirt and shorts but looked very clean and showered. Didn't look like she was using. Pulled to the side but a truck in front of me pulled over immediately too and scooped her up in front of "Dbar". Looked more like a housewife than a streetwalker. Might do another recon tonight

Or as an attempt to avoid the rather vague "common night walking " or "vagrancy " laws that Uncle Leo will use when desperate or bored.
