Facebook for sure possibly linkdin. I always use a burner (the safest) or at minimum a text app (if I'm out of minutes on the burner) the text app is completely free, burner costs maybe 10 bucks per month. Remember, like email, texts are permanent and can be kept or seen say by uncle LEO if the phone gets confiscated.
