Is to get you to kinda sorta agree on seeing each other without much detail THEN use that and try to intimidate you into paying. What is the real mystery is where did they get the pics from because the ones they send are not those that are online.
Funny enough a few days later I got a response from a recon message that just went straight to the chase. "My manager told me to stop sending messages and pay me to avoid problems and involve work, family". Interesting part is I never got a message it was just that one. Again I was tempted to reply with a police station address but decided to let it sit there. It seemed like the same people were behind it as no other messages from a different number or anything.
But doesn't mean they didn't try. To further intimidate, they phished the precinct line to call me. Didn't know it was their line but either way didn't pick up. No voicemail left or anything. Another quick search resulted that LE was aware of people calling and demanding payments for outstanding warrants and things of that nature.
Moral Scammers are getting more and more sophisticated trying to dupe / rob you. Don't fall into this nonsense. They are betting on the fact you ain't in this to do harm but get the dream done and try to intimidate us whatever way possible. I'm attaching pics of the "girl" who was messaging from the first ad that was used. Name was a Hispanic with 7 letters starting with "why" ending in "A" Stay Safe!

If you change again or for the remaining times you change such as the 3rd,4th time and so forth you will be charge 99 cents instead of about $35 on your phone bill.
