The most important thing is stick to the 22 rules and always drive a good distance from where you pick up a SW. I always drive a min of 10 blocks or at least 1 mile or more on empty streets. Also try and find a area that you only enter from one direction. This reduces the amount of traffic passing by.
The prostitution laws in the country are pretty much the same throughout the country. The only big question is how aggressive or overly aggressive LE is enforcing the laws in various jurisdictions. I would be interested to hearing about what is happening in the Seattle area. If you visit the law library you will find case law that allows you to give a girl a ride regardless if she is a SW or not. In the end my purpose is to simply help my fellow mongers from getting busted.

I was back in town after long absence and decided to hit the usual stroll to see what was out there. I'm probably going to stop shopping on the street or do it much less than I usually do when I'm in the area. Things just seem as though they have not only gone downhill but it appears to be getting worse.
The fist thing I noticed was the army of homeless people parading the sidewalks from 125th to 85th, much more than there usually are. I found April, a tall, short-haired WSW with a nice body and who I haven't seen for almost a year. I didn't think she was around any more. She rambled incoherently which is something she didn't do the times I've seen her in the past and she also smelled like a campfire. As I was removing her clothing a bunch of sand, twigs and leaves fell out from the insides of her pants and panties and onto my seat and all over my car. Upon that discovery I decided to settle for a blow job instead of full service which she was barely able to finish because she kept lifting her head up to look outside and ramble. She did tell me that she and a few others break into and live in abandoned or vacant houses near the stroll. I've always liked her in the past but that was the last time I'll see her ever again.

She begged me to let her service me saying that she wanted to do right by me which was a switch from the usual SW attitude. She finally got out and I drove off to get some gas before heading back to the hotel. While at the station I smelled vanilla in the car and when I went into the back seat I found a nearly full 16 oz cup of vanilla mocha rolling around. The seat and floor were soaked with it and it smelled awful. I was so angry that I wanted to find her and throw it at her (I actually wouldn't do such a thing, but the thought made me feel better). Those SWs just don't give one shit about your vehicle or your stuff, they approach your car with cigarettes in their hands and blowing smoke all over and leave food and other shit in your car. I don't think I've ever met a street hooker who didn't smoke cigarettes, all of these girls are homeless but they do manage to find money to support a cigarette habit. Disgusting fucking shit, and disgusting quality out there for talent.
I'm over the stroll for at least a while.

I dreamed I was driving down from above Seattle, and having checked this fine forum before I left, I knew where to go! I went up Aurora past 85th, and after going up and down the blvd a couple of times a little after dark, I saw a few maybe's, but people had a definite ghetto vibe.
