To answer your question. How could they know about this site or other sites? A simple google search is all you need to find any of them. And you aren't PAYING for the services on this PUBLIC website so anyone can look at reviews without creating an account.
Besides this site has a sister advertising site. So it would be naive, at best, to think they would be unfamiliar with this one.
Sites like Preferred411 use a system so that "mongers" (god I hate that word for some reason) have to be OKed by a provider. It is for the safety of the girls.

I also know they will also spread rumors about their regulars so other girls won't see them and we all know most of them will take advantage of us in any way they can. On our side of the deal we actually profit in several ways from sharing accurate information so it's to our advantage to do so. Not so with the girls, it's to their advantage if they are dishonest with each other and us as well. My thinking is if a girl tries to pull that "I'll blacklist you on the app" bullshit on a monger he should report in this forum and we all boycott her for it. I don't believe for a second that it exists or is at all useful.
Think about the logistics of it for one second.
Imagine we had to share reviews on here, but we had no links to ads, no pics, no consistent phone numbers, and a name that we have no idea if anyone else was given the same name. This is the dilemma that the providers face. The only consistent reviews they could maintain are for high profile mongers who take no steps to protect their identity. Everyone else is almost completely unidentifiable. How are they supposed to match a text from an unknown name and number to any sort of review database?
Now if a girl wants to be completely safe and only see known mongers, there is already a system in place of verifying. There is a well-known competitor site that allows mongers to register for verification, but that is really only for the highest end of the game. The vast majority of girls will never check a reference. How many times have you asked a girl if she is available for her to immediately respond "what time can you be ready"?
This "blacklisting" is just the latest empty threat these girls will hurl when a text conversation turns bad. It is the current version of "my uncle is a sheriff and I'm giving him your phone number". What exactly is the point of blacklisting a burner phone? Here is something that will blow most of you newer guys minds. A lot of if not most guys have multiple burner lines and change them often.
Now this is clearly tilted unfairly in our favor, but that is how the game has been arranged. These girls put pics with their faces on public ads, and a lot of them don't even have the sense to use a phone number that they haven't associated with Facebook. On top of that, mongers outnumber providers at least 100 to 1. There is just no reasonable way that a group of providers could maintain anything resembling a useable database of that size.
