A fair number of the girls who work at those places have been busted, a couple of them twice. I got busted with a pound of pot as a kid and the cops claimed that I could walk if I ratted out my dealer. I wouldn't do it anyway, but keep in mind that it's often illegal to lie to the authorities (obstruction of justice, etc.), but it's often legal for them to lie to you. Pretty sure you can get everything done pretty cheap, for LinkedIn if you say you're an accountant for example, join accounting groups and you'll start getting connections from recruiters and random people.

All of this is illegal so when shit goes down finger pointing will commence and someone is eventually tied to the lease who will go to jail for someone else's behavior. What's to stop a person from being too loud and getting the cops called on them; what if things go south. The rest of the people will be stuck paying this rent. The entire thing is a wonderful idea in concept but an absolute shit show among strangers off the internet. This only works between a very tight group of friends that know and trust each other very well. It won't work in any other situation.

Best option would be to make everyone pay up for the year so you don't have to hear monthly sob stories about how a dude that bangs 3 hookers a week can't pay his $200 portion of rent on time. Where the idea breaks down is when guys want it at the same time and trying to decide who needs to reschedule and who can have it.
