You waited 15 minutes plus 10 minutes and that was long enough for you and should have been long enough for her. At some point the girl can ruin the appointment and that's what happened here.
She should have stayed on the phone with you at the 15 minutes mark until she arrived and been more descriptive about her actual progress getting there.
