Anecdotally, moderation appears more engaged than usual. There has been some dude creating accounts to harass a specific CT provider from whom he believes he caught an STI in mid-2022. Each post is the same: very specific title saying provider has specific STI, link to a photo site with a screenshot of a redacted test from July 2022 that showing an positive result for, and the provider's ad photo. The third account was taken down this morning pretty shortly after it was posted.

It started out as CLReviews (good ol' Craigslist days LOL), then it got shut down and then changed to something and then turned to TNA. Supposedly the original owner of TNA was blackmailed and he shut the site down and then I think that was when Mr. Joker came in. It was definitely the Wild West back then and there were times when it did get out of control. After the TRB bust, that was when all the changes happened. I'm not sure if Gaia is the owner or the main mod, or both, but I've heard that the handle is shared among a few people.
