You can get the same thing but you're paying more for (hopefully) service, ambiance, and less riff raff roaming about. While I doubt the average one of us here will pay anything close to what she's advertising, if she manages to hook 1 or 2 people she's making a good paycheck and probably gets treated better than other advertisers.

She's still a lot higher than Target, though.
