Rosarito find on the beach
Ate lunch and decided to walk the beach route back to my place at the beach. Noticed a petite woman at tbe shoreline playing with the sand. Went a bit past her and dipped my feet into the water. After a few seconds she said something to me. Walked to her and started talking a bit. She was sitting on the bare sand when a wave came up and soaked her up halfway her low cut blouse. Offered her a drink at a place where she could dry off. Well she's about 5 ft. With a trim figure and large full bees or small cees and I'm thinking they may be manmade and she could be a bargirl. Bingo! She used to work at a stripclub bar near downtown Rosarito whose owner just gutted the interior and is remodelling the entire building. So she's out of work. I used to frequent the place when I first moved to Rosarito. Stripper bar with booth dances or rent a private room with a bed for an hour. $30 for the room and make your deal with the girl. Had a drink and walked her home to change. Walked to my house at the beach and invited her for Patron Tequila. Did not take her into my house although she was game. Did not want to chance it since I just met her. Speaks no English but has a bit of a chola air about her. My house has flat screen TV, two laptops, two tablets, about $2000 USA and 18000 pesos there. Had some tequila with her sitting on the wall at the beach. Will call her when I return in two weeks. Kidded her about getting private dances since her place is demolished. She said sure and after? I said you know what after. She smiled. LOL. We'll see what happens later. Still hesitant about having her over. My ATF Tijuana SG has stayed over a few times and another SG plus a deportee I met in Tijuana have been over but that's it. Other overnight SGs have been in hotels. You never know what you'll pick up on the beach. Just a coincidence but my ATF Tijuana SG was going to stay overnight tonight.
New rules for crossing into Tijuana / mexico. Damnit

Maybe, but worth watching
A minor annoyance, at worst, I think. Tijuana is still the best place to go for cheap food, cheap Corona and cheap, really good legal pussy.
I doubt us staying away would matter much, anyway.
Just sayin'.
C3.
Everyone, stay away and force them to return to the old way of crossing by staying away. Hit their wallet. I refuse to "check in" its just another excuse for a Policia or Federale to rifle through my wallet. I heard the old crossing point is a ghost town now.
That article seems suspect
http://www.scpr.org/news/2015/08/20/53899/new-rules-go-into-effect-at-busy-u-s-mexico-border/
It seems like a fake article to me, one written by fear mongers to keep people from going to Mexico.
Things I noticed that don't add up.
1: Different countries don't work together to catch criminals from a another country. And this for several reason, one of them being that different countries have different laws. And too many countries are not allies.
2: Different countries don't use other countries govt documents (Passports, etc) which is why you have to get the Govt I'd of the land when you go / move there. Also a Passport is simply to get you back in the USA. A USA passport has no benefit to a Mexican govt.
3: The article says "as of this Wednesday", but it don't give a date when the article was written no where on the page nor article.
4: American media have a way of making countries and people who they don't want the American public to like, look like villians in the media. And they been doing this to Mexico for a long time, trying to keep Mexicans out, and trying to scare "Americans" from going there.
5: The Police chief owns Adelitas
6: Much of the revenue of TJ comes from US Citizens, and many people, businesses, clubs/bars cater to US citizens. Mexico is not about to f*** up their revenueinto the country/city. Hell many even learn English so they can communicate with us when we go
7: People go on this board all the time, and they have not reported any eye witness accounts of this. It is only an article that not even dated
8: Drugs and prostitution is okay and legal, but a person crossing the border all of a sudden needs papers???? What about the drug cartels there. The city is built and ran off "bad money". So why would they want to keep tourist out, who are coming to spend $$ there, and lots of it.
I have not been to Mexico since 2009, so I wonder how things changed. But I know falsehood when I see it also and that article don't add up to me.
Question can you still get over with a DL / I'd at the border. Or is it better to get a passport.
That's one of the problem with the article
The most important part of the article is this:
"If the line becomes clogged up, we will just let everybody through. If we can't check everybody, we won't. ".
That means Friday nights in San Ysidro will remain the same as its always been.
That's like saying since it too many people trying to fly at the airport, and the lines are too long, TSA just start letting people through and stop checking / searching people. Or the line at the border to get back in the USA was too long so the guards just let everybody in without checking them and we know this is not happening at all. It don't add up. You made Some good points though, but the articles has a lot of holes in it and makes no sense.
Maybe I'm wrong. Again different countries have different rules/laws and ways of doing things.
Also thanks for the feedback on TJ and Licenses/passports, etc
Going to LA Zona Norte to Bang Chicas!
I'm heading there Sept 11 12 and maybe 13.
