A drug marketed to cardiologists and primary care doctors might not be familiar to other specialists. You can bet his Phizer rep isn't pointing out Revatio could be prescribed for ED. Off-label prescribing is frowned upon by the FDA and the AMA, even if the drug is actually the same formula in a different dosage like this case.

Expiration dates are a bunch of BS. A friend of mine who's a male nurse told me the only reason they're put on food and medicine is because the FDA makes the manufacturers put them on. I saw a recent news article about how much food is wasted because people throw it away because it's past the "best used by" date.

It is good to keep in mind the difference between hormonal and non-hormonal treatments. Testosterone levels have only a loose connection to ability to get hard. Eunuchs who have absolutely no T b / c they got no balls can still get erections, they just can't impregnate the king's harem girls. Tis true that the more T, the more libido, which is the basis for 'roid rage in bodybuilders. Anabolic steroids are just super potent testosterone mimics. I did T supplementation and didn't experience great benefits I was seeking (leaner, more muscle, more energy, more drive), and I hated the incredible shrinking balls. My family doc also says my T is in the normal range. One thing I have been doing to up my libido is using Tongkat Ali. I have no idea why or how it works, but it definitely does something for me. It is pricey. I use the Source Naturals version.

It might be shocking, but I agree with the gist of your post. It is important to know that a drug's expiration date [B]does not mean[/B] you shouldn't use the drug after that date.
[B]Expiration date is the date at which the manufacturer can still guarantee the full potency and safety of the drug.[/B] The FDA found that most drugs are perfectly good to use 10 years after their expiration date! However, they must be stored in a specified environment; generally away from light, heat and moisture.

Fortunately, I can buy vitamins for my family, for approximately $2. 50 directly from the manufacturers (Cipla and Ajanta). If I could not verify the source and the quality of the manufacturer, I would be reluctant to buy, especially from an unlicensed, foreign entity. In the case of V, I would get a prescription for FDA-approved Sildenafil (currently available as 20 mg tablets).

Took an hour before sex and I was good and hard, unlike my previous attempt. I'm 56, good health. Although it seemed a little harder to come. And I didn't attempt a second shot on goal, but I could have. I felt a slight sensation in my heart about 10 minutes after taking, but nothing after that. I'd guess it lasted 3 - 4 hours, but I only had time for the first 2. About 5 hours later I was a little fuzzy and had a mild headache. I took an aspirin and it seemed to help.
Overall, I'm happy with the results and the price. Next time I'll try half a pill, 50 mg, to attempt to reduce the side effects.

You didn't say what you took so I guessing it was Suhagra 100 mg. I'm 45 yo, 5'11", 205 pounds and more than half way through P90 x so decent shape. Usually half 100 mg Sildenafil (Viagra) will work for me too. I do like 20-30 mg Vardenafil (Levitra) better as I feel the effects more. 30 mg of Tadalafil (Cialis) works great too but stays in your body longer and gives you unwanted side effects such spontaneous sporting wood walking down the street when the wind blows, true story BTW LOL. Since you do have Sildenafil and Tadalafil try stacking them (not medical advice) both when you need to super charge things. Like maybe do a 1/4 of Suhagra and half a Cialis. I like to take a little hit of Viagra from time to time, as I find that exceptionally strong wood enhances my AMP experience. That said, I am S L O W to finish and as I have gotten older I've become much more particular and demanding of the lady's HJ approach and style: I need lots of teasing. Basically, a typical session for me once HJ contact commences is about 45 minutes, maybe longer. Question: Anyone else have this issue? How do you get the lady to slow it down?

I think the whole mind body thing plays a huge role. You say you're particular and demanding, I can relate. My 1st 100+ times going to see a provider I never came LOL. Over the years I learned to get my big head out of the way and just let the little head enjoy. I do agree that if a women starts to jack hammer away it's really tough and it makes for a long session. In an earlier part of the thread I found some good ideas about the PDE5 inhibitors from you guys that helped me out. I had tried viagra, cialis, and staxyn (just under-the-tongue viagra) and hated the side effects. Headache, body ache, nasal congestion. And didn't really see much benefit to the wood. My doc suggested higher doses, which just increased the hated side effects. I have been on an 'adventure' recently and started looking through my supplies, and lo and behold found 5 mg cialis. I took it with a tylenol, a sudafed, a loratidine (a H1 antagonist) and a zantac (H2 antagonist). Bang. No side effects. I now feel like I can increase my dose. That 5 mg is for 'daily use', right? For situational use, what dose?

But don't dismiss the safety / quality concerns with non FDA-approved "generics" from unlicensed pharmacies / websites. I trust the Sildenafil from Cipla and Ajanta, but I would not take Sildenafil from most of the other manufacturers.
Last week, I called CVS to get the cash price of thirty, 100 mg Viagra tablets. The price is $1624.99, or $54.17/ tablet! F that.

These meds can lower your blood pressure to dangerous levels if you combine them. Remember: the effects of these meds is purely mechanical. Just to increase wood production. There is no effect on libido or horniness.
Try to take these meds on an empty stomach 30 min - 1 hr before activity.

If you look at my original post I mention all the things you pointed out and suggested starting with smaller dosages. Stacking is an option to get wood for the guys that have problems taking just the one, there are guys like that I run into them all the time. I have personally stacked 100+ times because I wanted the added benefits and realize the inherent dangers as I pointed out. I do have 10 customers that stack on a regular basis who are of average to good health, who have a harder (softer) time in achieving full erection without stacking. One of my guys buys 60-80 pills a month (crazy mofo) and stack whole pills (100 mg V and either 60 mg L or C). He's 63 yo, 6' and weights 250. Homeboy stands in front of the building where he lives, scores free pussy by flying his drone and having chicks come up to him LOL. The 2 biggest factors that I have noticed is age than weight seem to work into the equation in why someone may turn to ED's. Thanks for reporting the great prices from leading US pharmacies. If you are not buying brand Viagra, Sildenafil from a licensed pharmacy is the safest way to go. The lower strength, i.e. 20 mg, lets you fine tune your dose if you are not splitting a 50 mg or 100 mg tablet.
