The first time she was walking on the North side of lake on the west side of 10th ave, and the second time she was by 5th ave. I'll try get a pic sometime.

The last one I ran into was some years back. She went by the name of China Doll. Her real name was Betsy. A Korean adoptee, who got on crack in her early 20's.
