Over the last 2-3 weeks I have seen days with an absolute dearth of anything approaching quality, but on other days (even in middle of afternoon) I have seen some interesting choices. It has been a while since this thread has been active. It appears this thread has been subsumed into the Streetwalker thread above.
After several drives which seem to be the street of poor quality SW did cum across a 20 yr HSW kinda of cute, nice demeanor etc. CBJ and melons felt for 40 small ones. No name. By Dottys.

The best time of day on Boulder Highway is during the evening commute or from 4 pm until dark, but there are usually a few walking anytime during the day. Most are usually on the North side of Boulder Highway, anywhere from Dotty's at Lamb down to the Walgreen's at Flamingo. Occasionally, you will find some as far as down as the Sunset Motel (past Tropicana). They seem to switch to the south side of the road past Nellis.

Lamb to.
Flamingo a few times today. Saw nothing.
Was traveling from Maryland Pkwy to Henderson and mistakenly turned on DI instead of Flamingo. That gave me a chance to stroll down BH at around 10:20 am. Not much to be seen. Potential southbound BSW just before Nellis. Nothing special. Potential WSW northbound just before Missouri but she looked pretty run down. Best option appeared to be a WSW standing in front of the hotel just south of Missouri. She had curly brown hair and was wearing some pink spandex pants. Probably middle aged, pretty decent body but didn't get a good look at face. Wasn't in the mood to investigate further so carried on.
BH can run hot or cold. Both in hunting for ladies and LE in area.
Hit or miss.
Not sure what the "convention" is here, but since there's a BH thread, I'll post this here.
Finally got back to LV and cruising last week. Dated Chloe twice. Always found her between Harmon and Trop on W side of BH. Saw her in three outfits, always showing lots of leg and flat tummy. Brunette (wig and once with blonde streaks without wig. Padded pushup bra makes her look lots bigger up top than she is, but still fun to play with. Great body, IMO, for the streets. Originally from CA, here a year or so. Pimp. All covered. Hands free to roam, but you have to take the initiative. Admits she often has attitude (she blames her pimp), but can lose it and be pretty nice to hang with. Good service and good time.
Claims her "as low as I go" is 40/80, which I paid, as I find her way better than most SW. (I'm sure I'll take flack for "overpaying" or "inflating prices", but I'm usually VERY frugal0 cheap).

The cops are just there to make people do what that other guy did which is leave the area.
I saw 4 unmarked police cars and one unmarked white pickup truck on Boulder Highway Thursday night at 8:30 pm. They were across the street from the Town and Country, near Dotty's. They had a couple of cars pulled over and all their lights were flashing. Those unmarked cars were dark grey, black and green. Two more unmarked cars were in the Town and Country parking lot. I just saw there lights flashing. I don't know if they had anyone stopped I spoke to one girl and she told me the LE had arrested several girls on Tropicana over the last several days. She was getting off the streets for the night.

All they have to do is see her loitering and gesturing to cars or making eye contact with drivers to make an arrest.

Did a Boulder Hwy run on Tuesday afternoon around 3 pm. Saw a few SW out braving the heat. 2 white and 1 black. One of the white girls was smoking hot. If I had to guess, she was about 5'5" 110 lbs with light brown hair (maybe some blonde highlights) and tight jeans with a great ass. She was walking south toward Indios near the Findlay RV Park talking on the phone, so I pulled into the Wells Fargo lot to wait for her to walk by. Also, there is now a police camera box in the parking lot of The Sportsman Lodge across from Albertsons.
It's likely a traffic cam, not a police cam. They are all over the city!

Look to your right while at the Starbuck's drive thru window on Tropicana near Boulder Highway and you will see it across the street. It's been there for a few weeks.

These months are just to hot for SW. You will see few out as opposed to other times. During the summer some (not all) may tend to be sweaty from walking around outside which isn't the best thing. I'm going from many past years of experience. If you can find a nice incall ho with AC it tends to be better. Save the hunting for cooler months. (My Opinion).
I used to live in San Diego and went to Vegas once a month. I only go there during winter conventions now. BH was never good in the summer during the days because of the heat. It is best in the cooler months, and only during daylight and early evening hours. In my past experience, it is rarely good after dark as the LVPD tend to crack down on monkey business after dark.
You get a few more just before sunrise, must come from other areas.

It was a little windy, so maybe they were hanging out inside. I was going to head home when I saw Alexis (not the one from my other post.
