When crafting your SA profile, and when reading the profiles of potential SBs, keep that quote in mind. Many SBs on the site will tell you what they think you want to hear. IE they'll tell you they're a hard working college student who has tuition cost problems, or they just graduated and have student loan problems. Often times these things are true but many times they are often exaggerated. The result is that the truth gets bended and extended, so she can portray the image she thinks that you want (ie a chick who is desperate or needs to be saved).

Likewise you should bend your truth. If you're a middle class guy who works at GM, it doesn't hurt to put on a suit and portray yourself as a busy businessman. You don't want your profile pic to be "old white guy wearing sun glasses taking a selfie in his car. " SBs have shown me the profiles of guys who talk to them, and a lot of them look just like that. Do something different. Look professional, carry yourself seriously. You don't have to lie about your income, all you have to do is look like you're successful and act accordingly. This is why I always say that a nice hotel is important. You want to project the image that you have money, without having to outright say it.

Get into a new interest that you can use to further this image. I got into wine in part to impress SBs. I don't spend a fortune on wine, but I know how to pick a great bottle that impresses dates, friends, SBs, etc. On the flip side if she's into something harder, make sure you aren't getting cheap stuff that she can find at the random dorm party. Frozen yogurt dates, art gallery dates, local food festival. Stuff that is still public, but private enough to talk without people eavesdropping, yet it gives you the out you can take if things turn sour quickly.

Either no show or too late past set meet time where I had to bail. I usually don't give them another chance and just move on, but pisses me off. Hoped SA girls were a bit better than typical SP with comms and meets, but finding that's not the case lately. Thinking due to overall decline in quality of girls on SA now. Running across more pros, semi-pros and flakes. That's why I prefer girls who host rather than other location meets. Need to stick to that in future. Never sure if she'll show or not. Maybe just my luck. I have to say as I think back, the ones I've met did have very messy lives. HS education (if that), shitty jobs (if any-popular seem to be hair dresser, cleaning person, waitress, bartender, nurse assistant, dancer), shitty ex boyfriend / husband, maybe a kid or two, shitty car or no car, shitty apartment, etc. I usually discount profile info. In many cases, not age indicated, old pics from 10 yrs ago, not a student, etc. Do own vetting of course including asking for current selfie. In many cases, seemingly just broke, underachieving chicks with train wreck lives in desperate need of $$s. And that's fine. Without them, no SA. But no shows / lates are pain points. I get it.
