Every square inch has been jammed with high pay tenants, except this retail center, who can't attract anything and has ton of vacancies. I think the places that were renting. Nail places, consignment, were bottom rent feeders because WCT chased all the $$ stores away. Maybe this will "cleanse" the strip mall and get the landlord some bank. Can't blame him if so.

It's one or the other.

Have you ever tried the newer place almost directly across the street (but a little closer to the pike)? I was tempted when I saw it open, but never really had a reason (I guess until now. Assuming it's still open).

Whatever went down there looks to be pretty sudden, as there are crowbar marks on the door. The padlock is now off, the Township signs are now gone and a "for rent" sign is now on the front door. Surprisingly all the furniture, including the lights in the windows, are still there. Either the management is in jail or they just fled because literally all their stuff can be seen through the open windows.

I'm betting landlord had enough and struck a deal to get them hauled out. I find it incredible that a for rent sign is up so quick and this was kept out of the local news if landlord and police weren't working together.

More power to him I'm sure he's going to make some bank now.

From my research, it seems that it's owned by the same couple (an elderly doctor and his wife) who have owned it since the 90's, although they transferred it into a Limited Partnership in 2014. If they are trying to rent it out now, though, one wouldn't think there would be big development planned in the near future.

I will have to keep searching for a good alternative in the area.

Had Jessica as my provider at Asian Massage, in Warminster. She's probably in her early 30's, with glasses and a lovely set of Bees. Massage was very good and she paid attention to the tight areas that she found. On the flip, straight into ST, with UTC. I left happy. . 6/. 4.

Does anyone know if Apple Spa or 777 are operating? I'm looking for something, somewhere in those areas. Thanks.

Neither Apple or 777 are open. King 7 is though. Mixed reviews on that place but worth a try.

This one is right across the border in PA from Wilmington. But I just had one of the worst massages I have ever had. I couldn't find any reviews on this spa either here or in the PA suburbs. I got up and left it was so bad. I actually need a new massage to take away my neck pain. There might be things to have there but I didn't wait to find out.

Trooper Massage opened where Sena used to be. I stopped in after work for some back work. My provider said her name was Ahna, I repeated back Anna, then she said Ahna again. Middle-aged, probably Chinese, with natural bees. Good massage that include excellent work on my lower back and glutes. On the flip she rubbed all the right spots, with UTC. I left happy. . 6/. 5.

Last time I was there (it's been several months) it was handshake only and only limited roaming OTC. This was before 777, Apple, and Ocean were all shut down. So this is probably how they survived.

Massage was decent, but of course that depends a lot on the provider and I have no idea if that has changed in the interim.

It would not surprise me if they had stopped doing even HE handshakes due to LE pressure, but I can't say one way or the other and I'm not planning on being there any time soon.

If you do get a handshake, figure that's probably the best you're going to get.

I cannot believe I am going to be posting this after years of faithful and satisfying service. Went to 309 Evergreen on a Thursday about a week ago. Was there at 2:30 in the afternoon and was amazed that there was only 1 girl working. OK, that's fine, but apparently 2:30 pm on a Thursday is a busy time. I was shown to my room and was then asked to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later in walks Lisa. We head to the TS and she rushes me through that. (this is not going so well right from the start). We get back into the room and she wants to go right to ST. That's fine, thinking that we will finish with a nice medium pressure rub-down. NOPE!

Right after ST she gets up and get the hot towel and thanks me for coming in. This is the first time I have ever been treated like this at an AMP. I was extremely disappointed. I have been coming here sine it opened and don't know if I'll be back anytime soon.
