No court of law will prosecute, so the effort was meaningless to bring attention. Hopefully the ladies in the 937 could make a donation of time to give to him.

Channel 5 is reporting 50 officers swarned The Drake this morning. It says they cleared all the rooms, detained some people and arrested the owner.
It goes on to say that they will close it down using "nuisance" laws.
If they are raidning The Drake, they are probably looking at the other place (can't remember the name) down the street. Stay very clear is my advice.

Makes me want to spit nails that some that lived at Drake are pretty much on the streets because they paid their rent with most of what they had and now have to leave. Not sure what the city could do but they could have least been a bit more helpful for the "residents"? I don't care if they were there for drugs or not or for whatever reason. If there was NO FUCKING PROOF then they should be treated on a different scale, NO EVIDENCE, NOT GUILTY! Pretty much hung out to dry. BULLSHIT.
Innocent until proven guilty in case any of the community leaders have forgotten. Stupid fucks.
If I could somehow know who some of these people were I would try to at least help a few of them myself.

It was actually my first visit there and was thoroughly unimpressed with all but the convenient location and easy in easy out unseen.
I bet they their warrants or what not only allowed them to search the office, and not the rooms, since they were after the owner.
The cops probably just cleared the rooms. Or the owner knew about it, and warned the people he was 'lookin out' for.
Drake in not in Cincinnati. That is why it is closed and Sycamore is open.
