Notice the officer with a calender, most likely marking events by mongers they want to bust ... to conclude a pattern of visits. For that reasons, mongers should NEVER accurately state the time when they were on the field.
Changing names, events, dates, to a reasonable degree helps avoid being identified.

To second an earlier observations, I have observed many SWs now in packs of 2s, 3s, even 4s on Ramsay, and packs of 2s on S Carey, or trailed by a pimp on Washington. There has also a change in the time pattern, some are not going out late, or you see them earlier than before. I have observed the same pack pattern (occasionally) on SA, and always on Fairhaven. It is about safety.
More girls are using cell phones, which makes them stay off the streets (will come in handy in Winter). They are also eligible to charge more, because it is easier to find them. I still need to sort things through to get the picture more organized, but with the cell phones and the girls mustering in certain spots, the picture is closer to the way it should be.
Finally, I commend the LE activity to keep the girls safe. We have to take a fresh prospective, even at the vigilantes because they could log a license plate number for a serial rapist or killer. I dont understand why some are mad about it!

Chicago is much different than Baltimore. I know I lived there and my one and only arrest was there. I got off thanks to sloppy LE work but they do break the law there to try to stop us.

I have followed a couple of cases of SW getting busted.- basically, if they are good girls and agree to provide ULE w/BJ, they go through the "walk-through" (no charges filed, then released). One catch is that they will be asked to be CI, and given a CI number, etc. , especially if they carry cell phones.
For most girls, the waiting time to see the commissioner is about 20 hours. Bail has been high, and it is currently taking about 4 weeks to see the judge.
Now, talking about Mongering phones. You can get a $15 phone from Wall Mart. It is always a bad idea to give your phone number to any SW, because they will call you for bail money at 3 AM.

So I drive down, and that was around 8:30PM and see shitty Stephanie; she needs a shower or two, wearing dirty green shirt, but she smiles and waves. I liked her manners, she used to say "tank ya" even after you cum in her face. Not too many others around, except a black hooker I never met, a nd the girl with the glasses on the circle, wearing long green dress. She needs to invest in a pair of contact lenses to improve her career prospectives.
Next was Patapsco. SA was a ghost town, but lots of traffic, so it was not easy to tell who are veterans, a nd who are civilians. I proceeded to Brooklyn. And it was nada, zippo, nothing. But on the way back, I say 2 girls sitting on a wall by the bus station which is a block from MATE. I pulled into the parking lot, one approached me from the drivers side and asked me if I wanted a date. She was wearing jeans, slim, dirty blond/ darkish hair, tatoo on the arm, sounded like she was missing some teeth. Which was an instant turn off for me. Asked for her name, it was Shanon. Her GF looked also OK, but a little older.
Back at WW, I saw Jennifer, she is Dawnia's sister, I asked about Dawnia and was told that today she checked into a inpatient drug treatment program at some hospital. So I continued making loops, with nothing really around. Not even mongers, except for one in an old luxury white car.

About the girls who are now locked up, this is a shame that we share intimate moments with them, then let them rot. We need to organize something to send them underwear, socks, bras, sneakers, etc. while they are in prison. Any leads on inmate numbers would be appreciated.

She was walking toward her favorite corner by Millington and Wilkens, an unmarked vehicle comes from Christian St. turns left on Millington, and she hops in. The guy says, damn, I did not bring any condoms, she says, I have some. He asks her to show it to him, she does, he goes they look old to me, I am gonna get new condoms. So he drives down Ramsay turns left of S Carey then into the Safeway parking lot where too other LE vehicles are waiting. He goes Surprise, Surprise. Story came from a friend of hers.
Isn't it about time to say the cops won, and move on? Not that it matters anymore to me, but today it is the SWs, tomorrow it is the Johns.
I also warned of potential scenarios and action on August 22 and 23. Please read my old posts and compare with what is happening. If your SW does not have digits, then ditch her.

I had the above PM'ed to me by Terra Sancta. I have NEVER PM'ed anybody with threats about Terra Sancta or directed toward Terra Sancta. If there is ANYBODY who has EVER received a PM from me with threats against Terra Sancta let me know what PM it was and who I sent it to.
