I travel to Kansas about twice a year so always check on your state to see what's going on. Your 200th Report on dealing with SWs and LE was excellent. I live in 'blanked out' and avoid one area here because of distance AND LE problems. Your write-up was excellent.
I am fortunate to be able to enjoy Juarez, Mexico, as some of the SW rules apply there as well. But in Mexico, bars and massage parlors are available for the hobby with little problem.
A couple of questions if possible:
1- What do you do if you're walking down the street and view a SW you think you might like? But you don't want a problem in case she's a LE?
2- I know you live in Wichita, but what would you do if you were in a place like Dodge City, Garden City and/or Liberal, or basically, western Kansas where I travel? How would you hook up there??

My 200th post was an amalgum of information obtained thru reading the forums thruout the U.S. over the past 8 years. There are a few of my with learned experiences thrown in to be sure but I make no claim to the bulk of the information available as to coming from me. I honestly believe and act upon the info to be correct and it has always served me well.
To your specific questions. It makes no difference to me the mode of transport the provider is using to be approached. In fact the sidewalk might be even easier. Watch her actions; her demeanor; how she's dressed; what if anything she's carrying; is she scanning traffic to make eye contact. These things will be clues. You have to add them up in your head make your decision to approach or not.
No matter what you do... You don't bring up money. No money, no crime. 2nd: If you get caught... Never ever admit to anything. If you don't admit, you didn't do it. But when you do, you'll have sold your soul to men in blue. Bad poetry... sure. But the fact is unless they have video with audio or a confession, most D.A.'s won't procesecute. End of story.

Well, friends and neighbors, after some time in the hobby and a lot of fun and sharing of information, I have decided to call it quits.
A number of things have happened in the past 72 hours or so that have led me to believe that this lifestyle is simply not for me. I don't begrudge anyone the fun of the hobby, but for me, it was empty and joyless. I have rediscovered the love I have for my wife and, quite frankly, don't have a lot of interest in any other women right now. I have what I want in the next room and I am going to devote my time and attention to being the best husband and father I can be.
Like I said, I don't mean this to sound condescending, nor am I implying that I am better then anyone else. I've simply had an epiphany in the past few days that has brought me to a place where this hobby doesn't fit into my life anymore. And, since we've experienced it together over the years, I thought a goodbye and a bit of explanation was in order.
That said, my friends, be safe and have fun. Above all, do what feels right and what makes you happy and fulfilled... everything else is just a train wreck waiting to happen!

I guess since nobody else will step in, it's up to JB to continue on. Picked up a WSW named Sherri at Topeka near Indy at about 8pm on 10/21. She said she was 40. I'm new to town but I have to say I've never seen Johnny Law so focused on stopping our little ole hobby. Someone said Wichita is actually short on police officers for the city. I bet if tey looked on South Broadway they would find plenty to service the real criminal element!
Evrytime I would see a likely prospect, there would be a cruiser just down the block; or sliding slowly out o the alley. If I was a betting man, I'd say some of the girls are workin both sides of the law.
Just when I was about to pack it in, Ronnie peeked out from behind a corner near the Bell Boy and all but sent up a flare to catch my attention. I snapped her up and departed the area.
