The way Ignore works is that you continue to see WHEN they post but you no longer see WHAT they post. When I pull up USASG and someone who I've added to my ignore list (in this case DickHeadsUp) has posted, I see where they've posted but whatever it was that they posted is replaced by a short message that simply reads "This message is hidden because HeadsUp313 is on your ignore list". I never said anything about seeing any member's face.
Otoh, if you were referring to seeing the unfortunate monger's face in a recognizable way in the posted photo in question (which wasn't even remotely the case): a) we don't know if he's even a member of USASG (but most likely isn't), b) whether he was or wasn't the issue really isn't that one of us would recognize him (and, as you pointed out, why would we because none of us have any idea what each other looks like) because who are any of us to judge the guy since we all chase hookers and, but for the grace of God, could end up like him just as easily and c) it MIGHT be more of a concern (which is as much as I'm willing to concede to dickhead IF the pic were MUCH clearer) if some outsider like a wife, girlfriend or co-worker randomly came across the photo, but then what are the odds of them seeking and finding that on some sex forum and I'll add a d) IF the pic did provide a clear view of the poor guy's face (which again it didn't) I'm guessing the Admin would have quickly flagged and removed it (which he didn't because it didn't). The proper course of action would have been to report the post and quoetly accept the judgment of the admin (and in this case that of nearly all other members) and then let it go rather than embarking on a flame war against everyone who disagreed with you.
Any way, I suppose there is a way to get around that hidden message part if one really wanted to but why would I ever want to. I've added him to my ignore exactly because I no longer cared to even see his messages. And, frankly, at this point you already pretty much know what his messages are going to say ("You're a pussy. You like to suck dick, swallow cum and lick ass") which has gotten really old at this point and who really wanted to read such stuff to begin with anyway.
