I would really not advise anyone to "ASSUME" that you necessarily know who she is, dude! HPV, Scabbies, and Herpes are transmitted via skin contact, so covering up will reduce but not eliminate the odds of you catching them.

Remember, this hobby involves a lot of risk. This is just one of them.

For a guy, you need to worry about herpes, warts, clap, chlamydia, etc. So for BBBJ, the general strategy is:

A) stay far away if she has a cold sore or is recovering from them or mentions she gets them.

B) clap / chlamydia / etc can be cured with a single dose Z-pack from planned parenthood.

C) warts.. Not sure, but see (a).

D) HIV is very low risk of transmission from BBBJ assuming you clean afterwards.

So, shower afterwards, pee in the shower, use soap and get regular checkups and you will reduce the (relatively small) risk significantly. Wash under the hood if you are not circumcised. The penis is covered in skin. Skin is pretty good at resisting virii / etc. That's its job. It is when you have a cut / nick / etc that it is a problem.

For women, the risk is greater if they do CIM. Any little cavity or cut in the mouth allows direct access to the bloodstream.
