As for telling if someone is a SW, if a woman is walking alone on a known stroll, you're already probably 50/50 odds. If you call out, a civi is unlikely to come to you (not that I recommend "calling out" to women). SWers will make eye contact, maybe give you a nod, the more aggressive ones will frickin' flag you down. If you make eye contact, slow down, turn and wait on a street nearby and they approach your car, then your odds are sitting at about 98%. There is a Tips thread on the methods used for various things in this hobby. Read that as well. You should be able to tell pretty quick if they are some random walking and not an SW.
