The only right after you have been handcuffed is the right to remain silent so do so, shut up. LEO's going to seize your car no matter what so now if you're married or used the girlfriends car, try explaining that to either one of them. The courts give LEO a wide berth before entrapment enters into the picture.

I don't remember reading any reports from mongers who post here who have been busted.
