Something must have happened to change her attitude. I don't see her anymore. Any provider that makes appointments and does not show up gets no business, period. That is the only reasonable response. I had the same experience with a provider name GIA whom everyone else in here thought of highly. Got stood up by her on 5/08/11. She cancelled on me at the last minutes. After calling her several times and she didn't answered. She finally answered her phone and cancelled on me when I was only a few blocks from her place.
