Also, I would imagine that their nomad lifestyle makes it hard to keep track of personal items. That and the fact that they do hang out with some of the most prolific thieves known to man must make keeping a phone a little hard.
When you think of it, for these girls, owning a phone may not be the convenience that we think it should be. I would imagine that girls with phones get a large number of crank calls. How would the average girl on the street weed out the crack pots, bullshitters and LE. Few independents keep a phone. Most girls who have phones also have pimps or handlers.
I rarely rely on phone numbers. I have a few phone numbers for girls who manage to keep their numbers active. I rarely call them. I rarely share them. Let's be truthful, I don't know anyone on this site personally and even senior members could be LE, sickos or incompetent. If a monger really wants to find Diane – do what I did – go out and drive the streets.

Whenever I make a find like Diane I do consider myself lucky.
Diane had a lot of Talc/Bath powder on her body. I got a terrible hard-on while trying to help her brush it off for the pictures. We did manage to get a lot of it off.
