That's often a line they learn to keep a guy coming back despite not being interested in what's on the menu. They know the guy will never see her again overwise and will eventually figure out that her menu will never change, but she can at least get one or maybe two more visits out of him first.

You dined at the why and finger banged here to completion. That says $100 to me! Currently I recommend Claudia, I've received L1, L2, and L3 now from her, everything covered. She's hot af and wild, but also comes off shy and innocent LOL.
