If I had been in that situation and had Michelle's number, I would have almost wanted to call Ali on this one by getting on the phone with Michelle and verifying what Ali said (that it was Michelle's room and that she had a client that was meeting her there any minute). Ali and I would have had an argument either way but the argument would hinge on whether what she was tellling me matched up with what Michelle told me. If she didn't have enough time to do the session, then she should have never accepted it or she should have had her own room. If she was sharing the room with Michelle, then she should have let Michelle know about it and tell her that she needed the room for at least the full hour so that Michelle wouldn't schedule someone thinking that the room was available.
