Before handing ANY cash (up front) you want to be explicit about what you're getting yourself into. Some girls will give you a lower ppm rate just to get you to meet then won't provide the full service. Never discuss anything on the site, always off site via text, if they don't want to do that then move on.
Then you'll meet some girls that refuse to get intimate with you on the first meet, I stay away from those too unless you don't care about that.

Asked her to verify via candid photo (nibble pinky or write something and hold it up) but she never sent any pictures besides ones that were obviously not candid. Is it in poor taste to ask for verification?

If they don't want to do it then move onto another girl.
