There could be a case for entrapment though, which is defined as them enticing you into something you normally would not do.

Either way 15000 in court costs and legal fees to clear your name after your picture would be published is enough detterent, plus it's just plain wrong.

Told her I wasn't interested in any jail time and reported the profile.

I did get replies like that a few years back. Back when CL showed your email address. I usually try to come back to them when they are legal. Only the hot ones or those with potential. Wait a couple more years then harvest the fruit.
