Well I finally made it to Palm Tree Spa tonight. Paid for an hour with a shower. It is perfectly legal to pay for a massage, but here's the rub. The lady in your link is [U]probably[/U] not a massage therapist because she is offering a body rub and not a massage. A massage therapist requires a license from the state to operate, but no license is required for body rubs.
