To all the newbies looking to get into the street meat gain, I would note as follows:
Much of the thrill is in the swoop down. Fig is not an easy street to monger. I am low skilled and it took me two trips out to get the hang. There are only a few things more satisfying than scooping up a gal after making 7 uturns on fig and 67th.
Fig is a busy street, with mexican flat top taco joints, people selling shit on the sidewalk, lines coming out of mcdonalds from here to eternity, and good old fashion stone cold crips walking around. I am torn on the weekends between hunting on backpage and going to the fig. But, despite the danger of getting shot, I think the fig is actually easier to monger on than backpage. I will say that if a girl is on the stroll, she is working, as opposed to girls on backpage that have an ad up an text you back 4 hours later.
It appears that car dating is against the holy rules of mongering. So, it appears that the flight motel is the best option. There is another no tell on fig and gage, but it is more packed than an overeaters anonymous meeting at an adele concert. So the cost of fig is about 60-100 for FS if you include the room. This is not much of a break over Backpage, but, there is no bait and switch.
In terms of hours, I would not even bother the fig until at least a few hours after dark, so like now around 8 pm. Again, fig is a multipurpose street and when daylight hits, the fucken garage sale begins.
I will cruise there next week I think.
