Pick don't match girl with that number
I looked at the ad on BP and the pic in that ad doesn't match the girl associated with the number UpYours posted. Not sure where he's getting his info from.
Pretty sure the girl in the pic was operating out of Towson pretty much daily a while back but haven't seen her post in a while.
If you google search the number for the health department, you'll get a very similar add from July of a different site with the same warning. That ad tells readers to refer to the pic "below" but there's no pic. Seems sloppy for an official health warning from the health department.
Too much doesn't add up.

With all due respect to Horsetrader, I will take the other side and say, "Yes you should tip the upscale ladies. " Even if they charge $$hr, I tip them if I had a nice time. I view it like going to a nice restaurant. Just because they charge more for my meal than a lower priced alternative doesn't mean I should not tip them. After all, it was my choice to see her and spend that much. If I can't afford to tip great service, then I can't afford to eat there.
I know most of the ladies say they don't expect tips, but it is always good form to reward people who do their job really well and go over and beyond the normal level of service. I know they appreciate it.
With that being said, I do not see super high end ladies. I used to, but instead I now do a lot of homework and try to find the gems out there who do not charge as much for their time. More bang for my buck and the tips I give them are almost always remembered and it makes the next time even more enjoyable.
