I never saw Miss Franklin in the old days, but I have seen her a few times since 2013. I can easily see how one person could see her one day and have one experience, and another see her the next day, or even later that same day, and have a completely different experience. I chose to cherry pick a couple of positive reviews, against a flood of bad ones, hoping for the best.
