The snitch bus was parked behind Subway; and not a single singing canary stopped by during the half hour I watched. A couple of weeks ago he stated that he wanted his officers to walk part of their beat each week to meet the populace. I saw Officers Lardazz and Waddlebutt walking north on 33rd Street near Burger King. These two appeared to be quite beefy and probably need to back away from the donuts.
