I'm new to the hobby and am finding myself with free time from about 7 am To 9 am Is this too early to find SW? And is Division the best place or are there other parts of town I'd be better off exploring?

They need crack and heroin at all times of the day, and they know that first shifters are on on their way to work then. Division is the spot with the most activity, especially around the Burton area. Just keep in mind that law enforcement is well aware of that, so look around carefully before you let someone in your car.

A younger and stupider Mongerlian lost a little cash that way. No prostitute is to be trusted, be it a masseuse, escort, or especially a street walker. Long time ago, when I was a noobie, I got pick-pocketed. Make sure not to carry a lot of money around with you. If you get pulled over at night, in an area known for prostitution, you better have a good explanation as to why you're circling the block with significant amount of cash on you.

Some have been close to the strip (Buchanan and Burton) I do see some girls out like little Mami; but they are out only during the day time. The D is the only area (that I know of) with any SW. A lot of them are really strung out! You'd have to be very desperate to scoop one up. Back in the day, things were easy. Find a SW, pick her up, and drive to a secluded location. Now, almost everyone is connected with a neighborhood app thing and will report ANY and ALL suspicious activities.

She has on black yoga pants. Someone got to her just as I was making sure the coast was clear. Its not as empty as it was before. It may have been due to the fact the street lights were out. I counted like six of them working in a small radius.

I made my first trek down D about 19:00 not sure what to look for but was curious.

The only person who might qualify was a BSW with slender legs and really short shorts (nice dark skin), bare flat midriff, glasses, by a mini mart wrestling with a bag of chips. GRPD was beside me, so I didn't slow down. She looked cute but her gesticulations with the bag indicated she was having trouble with a simple task. That was concerning.

Other than that, it was dead.
